API
  • Media is served by the API. Image URLs returned by GET /v1/verifications/{id}/document are API URLs that you download with a signed request; presigned storage links are no longer handed out. See Reading results.
  • Duplicate detection counts accounts. duplicate_count is the number of other accounts (distinct external_ids) with the same face, and the full set is reported. See Duplicate detection.

Widget
  • When the camera is blocked, the widget works out whether the block is the prompt, the browser or the device, and tells the person exactly which setting to change. See Browser and device support.

Console
  • A dashboard to land on, with totals per workspace and a clearly named period.
  • A workspace can be kept off the dashboard, for example a staging workspace with live keys.
