The face blocklist declines people you have decided must not pass again. How a block works, and how to block from your backend, is on Face blocklist and device linking.

Block a face

On a verification’s page, choose Block face, pick the reason (a spoof attempt, a fraudulent document, scam or abuse, underage, or other) and add a note if you like. The face from that verification’s selfie is blocked in every workspace of your account. If that verification was approved, it becomes declined and your webhook receives the decline.

The blocklist page

Blocklist in the console lists every blocked face: when and why it was blocked, by whom or by what (a person in the console, your integration through the API, or a device match), and how many later verifications it caught. Filter active or lifted blocks, and by source.

Lift a block

Open the block and unblock it, with a reason. Later verifications of that face are no longer declined for it; verifications it already declined stay declined. Administrators, developers and support specialists can block and unblock.
